Business Model
- All products are custom manufactured and produced specifically for each customer.
- Because of the custom nature of our work, all sales are final once production begins.
- We do not resell or redistribute customer artwork or data.

Refunds, Returns & Disputes
- We do not accept returns due to the custom nature of our products.
- Refunds are limited to issues directly caused by Streeter Printing’s production process and must be reported in writing within 10 days of project completion.
- Customers must allow Streeter Printing the opportunity to inspect and correct any issues.
- If any portion of the delivered materials is used, the order is considered accepted and is not eligible for refund.
- Streeter Printing is the final arbiter in determining whether a production issue exists.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

Payment Processing & Security
- All payments are processed through a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor.
- Streeter Printing does not store or have access to full credit card numbers.
- Customer data is used solely for order fulfillment and communication.

Customer Communication & Verification
- Customers receive written estimates, proofs, and confirmations before production begins.
- Orders are not produced until the customer approves the final proof.
- All disputes must be submitted in writing and include supporting documentation.
