No Returns on Custom Manufactured Goods
All products produced by Streeter Printing are custom manufactured to client specifications. For this reason, we do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect specifications provided by the customer
- Artwork issues
- Color expectations
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you believe your order contains a production defect:
- You must notify Streeter Printing in writing within 10 days of completion.
- You must provide photos or samples for evaluation.
- Streeter Printing must be given the opportunity to inspect and correct the issue.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns are not accepted if:
- The issue is caused by customer-supplied artwork
- The printed materials have been used, distributed, or altered
- The customer approved the proof and the final product matches that proof
- The customer delays reporting the issue beyond 10 days
Final Determination
Streeter Printing will make the final determination regarding whether a product is defective and what remedy, if any, will be provided.
