These terms apply to all orders, quotes, proofs, invoices, and communications unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Custom Manufacturing Acknowledgment
All print projects produced by Streeter Printing are custom manufactured to client specifications. Because each job is unique and produced specifically for you, all sales are considered final once production begins.
Artwork & File Requirements
You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets industry standards, including but not limited to:
Streeter Printing is not responsible for print defects, reasonable color shifts beyond industry standards, or production issues caused by insufficient, incorrect, or improperly prepared artwork.
Proofs & Approval
We provide digital proofs for approval before production. Your approval confirms:
Once approved, the job moves into production and cannot be altered or canceled.
Color Variations
Due to differences in monitors, devices, substrates, inks, and print processes, color variations are normal and expected. While Streeter Printing does everything it can to meet color expectations of its customers, it cannot guarantee exact color matching. Even if accompanied by a physical color target since ink manufacturers, paper, chemistry and art file color separations can vary by programmatic algorithms beyond their control..
Production Timelines
All production timelines are estimates. Delays caused by equipment, supply chain, weather, or other factors do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates provided by carriers. Streeter Printing is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses occurring during transit. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier pickup.
Limitation of Liability
Streeter Printing’s maximum liability for any project is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific project. We are not liable for:

Final Arbiter Clause
In the event of any dispute regarding print quality, workmanship, or deliverables, Streeter Printing will act as the final arbiter after reviewing the materials, files, and production process.
