| As I get older, I am asked that question more and more. In pondering my decision to continue working the answers became clear and concise. Streeter Printing is our FAMILY business; both pride and responsibility are ingrained in me. I love my industry – every day there is more to be learned by being exposed to what we print. My staff is my family also – my work family. We are together every day; it’s sometimes fun, sometimes dysfunctional (like most families!). I have great affection for everyone who works with me. It’s a joy to assist our clients who have various needs regarding deadlines, budgets, print quality, along with marketing advice and recommendations. From that grows our clients’ appreciation; they value the opportunity to work with a team family who work so well together and truly care about them and their projects. It’s essential to remain relevant as we age for the health of our mind, body and spirit! DON’T GET ME WRONG . . . I’m still sane enough to select my hours: usually 12 to 5:00, four to five days per week – because I am not THAT crazy! |
